Big John McCarthy has been around since the very first UFCs and has been instrumental in keeping the sport safe and developing the guidelines to keep it safe.

A new website has been set up by Big John McCarthy to give information for those seeking to become a mixed martial arts referee. The website is www.mmareferee.com was officially launched today.

It will be updated in the next few weeks with tons more information. Big John will also have more MMA referee certifications in the future – stay tuned.

Big John’s next basic certification seminar will be sometime in April or May of 2008.
