I was looking through my iTunes today to see if there were any UFC or MMA podcasts and I came across Fight-cast.com. I downloaded it and liked what I heard. The host of the show is very entertaining and seems to know a lot about mixed martial arts. From the sounds of it, I think he probably does jujitsu. I recommend checking it out. He covers everything from Pride and Bushido in Japan to the UFC. I haven’t been keeping up with MMA in Japan so it is nice to hear about the shows over there.
