SI.com article on Chuck Liddel’s regimen for Rampage fight

Sport’s Illustrated has a very interesting article on Chuck Liddel’s workout in preparation for his title fight defense against Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, May 26 at UFC 71. Interestingly, he acclimates to the later fight time by waking up at 11A.M. and going to bed at 2 to 3 P.M.

BJ Penn Online Tutorials

300 Workout – Be Like the Spartans

Josh Hill has an excellent post with videos of the training that the actors had to undergo for the filming of Frank Miller’s movie 300. They worked out using kettlebells and bodyweight exercise training for performance rather than solely for physiques.
