Sport’s Illustrated has a very interesting article on Chuck Liddel’s workout in preparation for his title fight defense against Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, May 26 at UFC 71.
Interestingly, he acclimates to the later fight time by waking up at 11A.M. and going to bed at 2 to 3 P.M.

BJ Penn, former UFC Champion and Season 5 TUF coach, has some online tutorials at his website www.bjpenn.com on MMA training. It is all Flash-based, but hopefully in the future it might be downloadable to an iPod or something.
